Basic notes containing a neutral or slightly salty profile are excellent for adding bullion and meat notes to the flavor. Being naturally rich in amino acids, these yeast extracts work either alone or by creating a synergy with Springer® 2000 (naturally rich in nucleotides) and Springer® 4000 types (Kokumi). It is a perfect base for soups, bullions, sauces, instant foods and snack foods.

Pronal™ Yeast Extract
Having yeast-like and slightly salty notes, Pronal™ bullion is ideal for many food formulations containing meat and mushroom notes. These yeast extracts which are naturally rich in amino acids display a great performance in milk based sauces besides meat products.

Springer® 2000 Yeast Extract
Springer® 2000 yeast extract offers Umami or a salty taste due to its natural nucleotide contents. Umami is a Japanese term and its Turkish meaning is a taste leading to the perception of a mouth with intensive taste. These types of yeast extracts create bullion and butter like notes and are very ideal to mask any undesired bitter and acidic tastes.
These extracts with rich nucleotide contents work successfully alone and they can create a synergy with another Springer® yeast extract.

Springer® 4000 Yeast Extract
Springer® 4000 yeast extract offers Kokumi or, in other words, intensive taste thanks to its sulphur amino acid and peptide contents. This product contains intensive chicken broth taste resulting from bone broth and strengthens meat and cheese flavors. These extracts which are rich in terms of glutathione either work alone or create a synergy with another Springer® yeast extract.

Springarom® Specific Tasty Flavor Bases
Springarom® is a unique flavor base made of yeast extracts. These products contain a more specific flavor notes compliant with vegetarian formulations without any special animal product contents in many different applications such as chicken, broth, roast, meat, grill, smoked food and cheese. Springaline® Inactive Dried Yeasts
Becoming inactive with heat, this dried yeast still contains a yeast cell wall. This can be utilized as an effective carried in spicy sauces besides its offering fried flake and walnut-like tastes.
Furthermore, this product is water retainer and features to be a good oil emulsifier both in meat and vegetarian foods.
Produced by Biospringer, inactive dried yeast is also used in food supplements as a nutritional sauce of protein, amino acid, vitamin B group, mineral and fibre (cell wall). Lesaffre human related work unit offers yeast derivatives for food supplements and functional foods.

Springalys™ Autolyzed and Dried Yeasts
These unique autolyzed and dried yeasts still have a yeast cell wall. This cell wall works as a carrier for dry spicy sauces used for snacks, bread and coating applications. Moreover, this product is water retainer and features to be a good oil emulsifier both in meat and vegetarian
These autolyzed yeasts are available in the contents of the spices used in snacks and are utilized as a sweetener in roast, cornflake and walnut-like tastes.
