Yeast Extract
 It all begins with microscopic live yeast, from which strains are carefully selected according to the intended applications; they are brought natural sugars, a source of energy for growth and reproduction.

The yeast culture is monitored under controlled conditions using unparalleled technical means that remain environmentally friendly, throughout the production process.

Once the culture is ready, they are transformed into culinary food ingredients such as yeast extracts. The yeast creams obtained are concentrated and prepared using our own cutting edge autolysis technique: in a highly controlled environment where the enzymes already present in the yeast, or natural enzymes, liquefy the contents of the yeast cells. Thus, a tasty juice (a compound) is obtained, that is collected by centrifugation. This is natural yeast extract.
